Bad boy

31 October, 2007 Leave a comment

How do you punish a boy for starting a small fire?

I mean it was small before the weather blew on it and consumed 21 houses, 38,000 acres of land and probably killing a few innocent squirrels. So go blame global warming, don’t blame the kid!

Let’s throw in some sensationalism.. The young kid was innocent! Not that I’m saying he’s not guilty, but innocent as in kids who knew nothing much of the world around him, the same as any other kids that ‘plays’ with matches.

I played with matches when I was a kid and I was innocent then, and if it wasn’t the yelling I got from my parents I’d probably think I’m God. So why is this kid in trouble now and his parents are ok? Maybe his house wasn’t burnt down but highly unlikely since they were on ground zero.

If I’m the sheriff, the kid would probably get a spanking and lifetime community work sentence while the parents should be left off the human gene pool. Either that or the sentence be left to mob rule. I’m sure 21 homeless families and other furry animals will do well to teach anyone a lesson. Way more effective than any law can pass.

May the paramedics please standby.

Cry~

This is the day I’ve been waiting for a long long long long time (you’ll get it). It’s the day that I can safely say I will never have to pass up another homework / assignment / project ever again! I believe most of my other friends feels the same way too. As for those that are still working on them, well they don’t mind not being friendly for these couple of days until they can join us. I won’t want to go near them for the time being.. pressure and pressure will snap any same mind.

:P

Anyway I’ve been to this nice place for my sister’s birthday and there was this chef star rated dish that’s actually should not be considered a dish but more of a skewer of a meat loaf.

It costs RM190 and is meant for 2. Included are a lobster in 2 (garlic baked), 2 steaks grilled medium rare, 2 lamb ribs charcoal grilled, 2 spring chickens, 2 saucerkrauts, 2 thick slices of bacon to wrap it in, 2 tomatoes, 2 comb of corn, 2 bowls of fries and free flow salad from the salad bar. Also includes 2 cups of coffee with an option to request for a mocha.

And the best part is probably how they serve them in. Imagine King Arthur chopped up your meal and used his Exalibur to roast them on spit fire. That’s how my steaks were served to me. With the sword still intact on its pedestral.

Pictures below…

I’ll stop posting for today. I’m in need of a big rest right now and am in no right frame of mind to blog….
Yawn~

Slow internet day

25 October, 2007 Leave a comment

I don’t know if it’s just me or the internet is under attack from some as yet unknown DDoS attack.

Every site I surf to is slow. Every download I made is slow. Worst of all, YouTube videos stop abruptly in the middle of streaming and claims it’s fully loaded complete with a “replay” tag.

That cause my to wonder if it’s my system that’s infected, someone hacking me or someone hacking Streamyx..

DANG IT! I can’t do my research if all my websites need a double tap on the refresh button to fully load up!

Maybe it’s just not my day… *go back to sleep*

Eye Infection

24 October, 2007 2 comments

Got a freaking eye infection yesterday. Probably due to the very unhygenic eye rubbing as I worked through the night completing my CCSD assigment.

When I woke up in the morning, I look like a zombie with my left eyelid bloated like a wet fishball.

What’s worst is that there could still be more late nights to suffer on till this Friday. Dang!

On the other hand, I look like a ninja with a Sharingan on one eye aka some ‘dood’ in Naruto. Or some Honkies might say I probably can see ghosts with my left eye.

Dang again! It’s not contagious though and I really hope that it heals up within the next day or 2.

Remember kids, hygiene is important!
